The use of smart phones, tablet, and a portable computer or laptop outside office hours as a health risk to its users. This finding is the result of recent studies of the health watchdog Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. In its findings, the agency said people are now becoming "slave screen" and more often work while traveling or after you get home.
The institute stated that habit can affect your posture and cause back pain and neck. Chartered Society of Physiotherapy said people must learn to turn off their gadgets at home. The review was conducted through the agency internet poll of 2010 workers and about two-thirds of respondents said they continue to work outside office hours.
Data studies have shown that having too many jobs and reduce the pressure during the day are two main reasons for the extra workload. Chairman of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Dr Helena Johnson, says the findings are "great concern".
He said, "We do a little extra work at home may look good in the short term, but if it becomes a regular habit it can cause problems such as back pain and neck, including the pressure of stress-related diseases. Especially if you use a smart phone and do not think about your posture. "(BBC / ADO)
