Russia launched a Proton rocket with a Briz-M booster carrying Express MD2 satellite and satellite-owned PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Telkom-3, at 23:31 Moscow time (19:31 GMT) from Baikonur space center of Kazakhstan.
"Briz-M booster and two satellites in orbit transition is not detected," Roscosmos said in a statement on his official website. "However, it received a signal from the driver of an emergency temporary orbit."

This is the first time Indonesia to buy a satellite of Russia.
While Express MD2 is a small communications satellite designed and built by Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center for Russian communications satellite company RSCC.
The satellite has a transponder for relaying 8C and 1L, all the time, the flow of data to many users in the system of Russian satellite broadcasting and communications.
