NASA robot Start to explore Mars

California: After eight and a half month flight from Earth, the robot's Aviation and Space Agency for the United States (NASA), Curiosity Rover, scheduled to land on Mars today, Sunday (5/8). If it arrives on schedule, the machine weighs 900 pounds will explore the Martian surface in order to prove the existence of life on the red planet.

"We've been waiting for this. Sunday night would be a good time for us," said one NASA scientist at the Laboratory of Pasadena, California, Adam Steltzner, as reported by space.com.

Robot that has six legs, one arm, and use the iron wheels will be enabled to track and collect data on Mars by 4828 meter high mountain climbing. In addition to life, hopefully, the discovery of Curiosity can answer past temperature and weather of Mars, as well as increase the confidence the U.S. government to provide financial assistance to NASA in further exploration.

"It is the mission transition, reveals the presence of water to detect life on Mars. If successful, this mission will be the pioneer exploration of the next planet," said Mars Exploration Program Director Doug McCuistion.

Curiosity Rover officially known as the Mars Science Laboratory (MSL). However, this machine is more popularly known as Curiosity induced 6th grade girl from Kansas through writing essays. At first glance, the rover is not the right tool to replace a geologist collects rocks on Mars. But inspection of the tool is demonstrated if he has a sensitivity as a human.
