A new study recently from researchers at the University of Roehampton, London, England, found evidence that someone who got up early to have a leaner body. This happens because they feel happier and healthier than those who were awake during the day.
Besides Zee News also reported that researchers at the University of Toronto concluded, they are able to get up early tend to do activities in the morning early. Even for mothers, children's activities to prepare them can be resolved early.
As for the workers, they tend to be more developed because it has to be well prepared. Conversely, those who slept more nights just feeling depressed or stressed susceptible to trigger the body to become fatter.
According to the researchers to the 1068 survey of adults about their health and sleep habits, "morning people" generally wake up at around 6:58. Meanwhile, "evening people" will usually only wake up at around 8:54 to start their day. At the weekend the two groups enjoy about an extra hour to get up in the afternoon.
"There are people in the morning and the evening and morning people tend to be healthier and happier and have a lower body mass index," said Dr. Joerg Huber in the British Psychological Society.
Based on the results of the survey, the researcher was also found that people who watch television are more likely to eat breakfast than those who do not watch television
